Exchange & Returns
Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour, please contact the team at email@example.com or call us on 01538 385888 for a Returns number, and send back with the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange items which have been personalised or had embellishment added, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
We do recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we do not offer free return post.
Once we have received the item for exchange, we will dispatch the replacement via our standard delivery service (UK delivery addresses only). Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size/colour. If the requested size/colour is out of stock when we receive your item for exchange, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
We will refund any items you are not completely satisfied with that have not had any embellishment added to them. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund items which have been personalised or had embellishment added, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Please note items must be returned in their original condition, in their undamaged garment packaging, with any barcode tags intact. Once we have received the returned items back to us in the condition specified, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days. Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund or exchange to be fully processed.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty in which case, we will refund the postage. We do recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
